MTS Access Suburban Route is the ADA paratransit service for the Mid-County, East, and South Bay regions of San Diego County governed by the Metropolitan Transit Development Board (MTDB) and operated by Laidlaw, Inc./First Transit. The MTS Access service area extends only 3/4 of a mile from fixed route transit: If you reside in the 92129 (Rancho Penasquitos), 92127 or 92128 (Rancho Bernardo), 92065 (Ramona), 92064 (Poway), 92025, 92026, 92027 or 92029 (Escondido), 91901 (Alpine), 91977 or 91978 (Spring Valley), 92019, 92020 or 92021 (El Cajon), 92040 (Lakeside), 92071 (Santee), or 91902 (Bonita) zip codes, please call 1-888-517-9627 to verify your address is within the service area.
