Advance Reservations Required:  Prefer 48 hours advance notice Transportation for ambulatory seniors and disabled persons located in La Mesa for medical appointments, grocery shopping, necessary errands, and those who have been discharged from Alvarado Hospital or the Grossmont area Kaiser who need a ride home. Transportation is also provided on Sundays to/from the Greater Life Baptist Church located at 938 Derby St, San Diego, CA 92114. The Senior Companion Program provides transportation for Seniors (60 years and older) to/from area Senior Centers and Day Programs. Future plans include coordinated shopping trips for La Mesa area seniors. Due to the high cost of fuel, fees are subject to change. Please call to verify fees when requesting your ride. Sorry, no wheelchair lift but can accomodate folding wheelchairs.
