Through us, adults with disabilities are given the opportunity to work as employees at places of business in their community. Employment & Community Options also serves low-income seniors who must return to work because they cannot afford to remain retired and live in the community. Employment and Community Options provides public transit Mobility Training to the developmentally disabled adult clients of the San Diego Regional Center. Trainers will accompany the client on their trips until the trainer feels the client is able and confident enough to travel alone.
