Sol Transportatiom provides non-emergency ambulatory and wheelchair transportation services throughout San Diego County. Office hours are M-F 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, but can provide transportation after hours. Cash, checks and major credit cards are all accepted in advance. 10% DISCOUNT FOR SENIORS AND VETERANS! Waiting time is charged if the driver waits for the customer for more than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the customer is charged $50 per hour. A $50 fee will be charged for trips after 9:00PM. Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged full cost of the trip. All drivers undergo Department of Justice (DOJ) background screening, communicable disease testing, and pre-employment and ongoing sensitivity training.
